Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, workshops, coaching sessions, retreats, events, and corporate or hotel collaborations offered by Healju Hub (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). By booking or attending any of our services, you (“Participant”, “Client”, “you”) agree to the following:

1.Scope & Acceptance

1.1. These Terms govern all contractual relationships between Healju Hub and private participants, companies, and hotels.
1.2. By booking and/or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2.Booking & Payment

2.1. Bookings are binding once confirmed by us in writing (email or booking system).

2.2. Payment methods may include PayPal, Stripe, credit card, Apple Pay, or other providers as integrated in our booking system.

2.3. Private Workshops, Retreats, and 1:1 Coaching: Full payment is due at the time of booking.

2.4. Corporate / Company Bookings: Payment is due within 14 days after invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A non-refundable deposit of 30% may be required to secure the booking.

3.Workshops & Retreats

3.1. Prices for workshops and retreats are stated in the respective event description.
3.2. Participation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
3.3. The Provider reserves the right to adapt program elements (e.g., teachers, schedule, venue) if necessary, provided the overall character of the event is maintained.

4.Private Coaching & 1:1 Sessions

4.1. All individual coaching, yoga, or wellness sessions are binding upon booking.
4.2. Sessions must be paid in advance.
4.3. Once purchased, private sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, no refund will be issued. At our discretion, we may offer a rescheduling option if notified at least 48 hours prior to the session.

5.Corporate & Hotel Bookings

5.1. For corporate clients and hotels, services will be agreed by written proposal and contract.
5.2. The contracting company or hotel is responsible for communicating participation requirements and ensuring a safe environment.
5.3. Liability for accommodation, catering, facilities, or third-party services lies with the hotel/company, not with the Provider.
5.4. Separate cancellation policies may apply as agreed in the service contract.

6.Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email: hello@healjuhub.com.
Any cancellation or rescheduling is only valid once confirmed by Healju Hub.

6.2 Workshops & Retreats

  • More than 30 days before the event:

    • Booking fee up to €30 → €9.90 cancellation fee

    • Booking fee up to €50 → €14.90 cancellation fee

    • Booking fee above €50 → €25.90 cancellation fee

  • 14–30 days before the event: 50% of the booking fee

  • Less than 14 days / on the day / no-show: 100% of the booking fee

  • Participants may propose a substitute attendee, subject to our approval.

  • Rescheduling is possible only with Healju Hub’s prior consent. The original booking date determines the cancellation deadlines; the clock does not reset unless a new date is confirmed. A rescheduling fee may apply in exceptional cases and is at least 25% of the event fee.

6.3 Retreats/ Multi-Day Events

  • Non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30% of total fee) secures your booking.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the retreat → full refund minus deposit.

  • Cancellations 15–30 days before the retreat → 50% of the remaining balance.

  • Cancellations less than 15 days before retreat → no refund.

  • Participants may transfer their booking to another person with prior written consent. A processing fee of €15 applies.

6.4 Private Sessions

  • Non-refundable once booked.

  • Rescheduling possible only at our discretion with at least 48 hours’ notice.

6.5 Corporate & Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation policies will be agreed in the individual contract.

    “Corporate and hotel bookings are subject to separate written agreements, which include specific terms regarding cancellations, payments, and responsibilities.”

6.6 Provider Cancellation/ Force Majeure

  • If Healju Hub must cancel an event due to illness, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), participants are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled event.

  • Force majeure includes: natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unavoidable events.

  • Strikes or public transport disruptions do not count as force majeure.

6.7 After Event Start/ No Show

  • After the start of a class, workshop, or retreat, no cancellations or rescheduling are possible.

  • No-shows are charged in full, regardless of reason, including medical certificates.

6.8 Exceptional Cases

  • In cases of illness or other emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Healju Hub’s discretion.

6.9 Payment & Refund Methods

  • Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at booking (PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, credit card, etc.).

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be completed.

7.Health & Safety Disclaimer

7.1. By booking and/or attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
7.2. If you are pregnant, have injuries, chronic or acute medical conditions, have recently undergone surgery, live with epilepsy, severe psychological conditions, acute infections or open injuries, or use medical devices (such as a pacemaker), you agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider before participation.
7.3. Participation is always at your own risk. You remain responsible for your own health and well-being during the sessions.

8.Liability

8.1. The Provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or after participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
8.2. We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to classes, workshops, retreats, or events.
8.3. No guarantees are given regarding specific results (physical, emotional, mental, or financial).

9.Digital & Physical Products/ Recorded Courses

9.1 Digital Products & Downloads

  • Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of digital products is strictly prohibited.

  • The buyer is responsible for having suitable devices and software to access digital content.

  • Digital products, including emailed files, downloadable materials, or online course access, are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the content has been made available or delivered.

9.2 Recorded Courses & Coaching Sessions

  • Participants receive a non-transferable right to access recorded content for personal use.

  • Content may not be copied, shared, or commercially exploited.

  • The Provider is not liable for health outcomes resulting from using recorded materials; use is at the participant’s own risk.

  • Access to recorded courses may be limited to a defined period unless otherwise agreed.

  • Recorded courses are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the content has been made available or delivered.

9.3 Physical Products

  • Shipping is carried out after receipt of payment; delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • Ownership of physical products remains with the Provider until full payment is received.

  • EU customers retain the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

9.4 Intellectual Property & Restrictions

  • All materials, texts, images, videos, and content provided by Healju Hub are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9.5 Limitation of Liability

  • The Provider is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or interruptions in access to digital or recorded content.

  • No guarantees are given regarding specific results from using digital products or recorded courses.

10.Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert country of business registration].
10.2. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
10.3. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt/Germany.
