Bio.
Hi, I am Verena & the Founder of Healju Hub. I bring over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, having worked closely with CEOs and senior leadership as an Executive Assistant. Alongside my career, I embarked on a transformational journey that led me to discover the nurturing and healing benefits of yoga, meditation, sound, and holistic healing modalities. This journey sparked my decision to become a Yoga Teacher at Inside Yoga Frankfurt in 2015.
In 2019, I expanded my experience in Australia, teaching at various Lululemon Stores and yoga studios in Sydney, and deepened my knowledge further during travels to Bali in 2023, attending multiple trainings and workshops. These experiences gave me a broader understanding of how to calm the nervous system effectively.
I am a certified Yin Yoga Teacher, guiding students through gentle, meditative practices that release tension and cultivate inner stillness. In 2025, I became a Sound Massage Therapist, working with singing bowls to create immersive healing experiences, and a 100H AYA Yoga Teacher for Children and Teenagers, bringing mindfulness to younger generations with creativity and care.
My teaching blends breath, movement, sound, and mindfulness to nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I continue to learn across mental wellness and holistic practices, including sound healing, crystals, astrology, and numerology, integrating this knowledge into my work.
My purpose is to guide others back to themselves, helping them live a healthy, happy, and balanced life. If you seek peace in mind and body, transformation, and overall improvement—physically, mentally, and spiritually—you are warmly welcome.
Message.
I wish someone had shown me these life-changing tools when I was younger. Back then, I struggled with self-worth issues, depression, and anxiety. Understanding how the mind and body work, and how to calm the nervous system, would have made life feel so much easier and more joyful.
Through my journey, I’ve discovered that life is like a puzzle: once you know the pieces and how to put them together, it becomes more meaningful and empowering. Learning to shift your mindset, stay grounded in the present, and care for yourself allows you to face any challenge with grace and ease.
I invite you to explore a life free from guilt, shame, and limiting beliefs. Practices like Yoga, Somatic Exercises, conscious breathing, and sound healing have profoundly changed my life, and I consider it a gift to share these tools with others seeking health, joy, and conscious living.
