Healju Hub is a holistic wellness space founded by Verena, a certified yoga teacher and holistic wellbeing coach. We support individuals and teams in calming their nervous system, reducing stress, and recovering from anxiety and burnout through gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, and mindful coaching. Sessions are available online worldwide and in-person across Europe including Germany, helping people reconnect with their body, mind, and inner balance.

Rooted in presence
Hi, I’m Verena, founder of Healju Hub. After more than ten years in Investment Banking I realized I needed a path that nurtures both mind and body. Yoga, meditation, and sound practices transformed my life and brought clarity, calm, and alignment. Inspired by this journey I created Healju Hub in 2022 to guide others toward the same sense of balance, inner peace, and vitality.
I am a certified 500 hour AYA Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga Teacher, and 100 hour AYA Yoga Teacher for Children and Teens. I have taught internationally in studios, retreats, and corporate settings across Europe and online. My work combines trauma informed practices, mindful coaching, and sound work to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing.
I use sound healing with crystal singing bowls and sound massage using authentic Peter Hess singing bowls to help the body release tension, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation. All sessions are available online worldwide and in-person across Europe including Germany.
My approach
At Healju Hub, I guide you through breath, mindful movement, meditation, and sound to help you shift from stress to calm. Each session supports your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while fostering inner balance, clarity, and resilience. My gentle, body-based practices are suitable for all levels. Some sessions may include sound healing or sound massage to deepen relaxation and restore energy.
