my journey.
Hi, I’m Verena, the founder of Healju Hub. After more than 10 years in Investment Banking, I realized I needed a path that nurtured both my mind and body. That’s when I discovered the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and sound. It gave me clarity, peace, and a new way to reconnect with myself - and it changed everything for me.
In 2015, I became a 200H AYA Yoga Teacher, and since then I’ve been sharing this practice around the world, teaching at Lululemon stores and yoga studios in Australia and deepening my knowledge through workshops in Bali and Trauma-Informed Yoga trainings.
I am a Yin Yoga Teacher in Advanced Training, a 100H AYA Yoga Teacher for Children & Teens, and I love working with sound healing, from crystal singing bowls to soothing sound massage offerings, creating experiences that guide you into deep relaxation while restoring your balance and energy. My sessions combine breath, movement, mindfulness, and sound to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My purpose is simple: to guide you back to yourself and help you live with calm, clarity, and renewed energy, whether you’re an individual or part of a team.
