Bio.

Verena, the Founder of Healju Hub, has worked in the Investment Banking industry for over 10 yrs as an Executive Assistant to CEO’S and the upper management. Next to her Job she started her own healing journey that led her to explore all the nurturing and healing benefits of yoga, meditation and combined holistic healing modalities. The spark was born to then become a Yoga Teacher herself back in Frankfurt, Germany 2015.

In 2019 she expanded and gathered more experience and knowledge by moving to Australia for several years to teach at various Lululemon Stores and Yoga Studios in Sydney.

Verena is a certified AYA Yoga Teacher, specialised in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She studied Mental Wellness and Nutrition, Healing, Chinese Astrology, Numerology and Tarot Cards for many years now.

She is passionate about all Things Mental Wellness, Traveling and Asian Cuisine. Her main purpose that drives her is to heal and guide others on their journey, but most importantly to pass on the knowledge that she has gathered throughout her life.

To her it is of most importance to support all beloved fellow human beings that are in need of healing. The ones that are seeking for peace in their mind and bodies and are looking for an overall improvement of their lives. Physically, mentally and spiritually.

Her Message.

‘I wish someone would have shown me all these beneficial tools when I was younger and was struggling with severe self-worth issues, depression and anxiety towards life. It would have helped tremendously to understand how the mind and body works at an earlier stage in my life.

Plus how important it is to soothe and calm the nervous system on a regular basis to live a balanced, happy and healthy life. To me it is a sum of things that lead you there. It’s like a puzzle however once you know the pieces and how to put them together life becomes much more easy and meaningful. And how powerful it is to know that you are the one in charge of creating your life and reality?

Once you have learned how to shift your mindset & be firmly rooted within yourself, any storm can come and be overcome with more grace and ease.

I invite you to explore a new life free of guilt, shame, low self worth and limiting beliefs. Having studied many options I consider conscious breathing & movement (such as Yoga) as a Key factor that definitely has changed my life for the better in so many ways. And I consider it as a gift to pass on to others looking for guidance. ‘
